Complete This Uplifting Cancer Research Fundraiser Backed By The Miami Dolphins Cheer Team

We at The Wharf Fort Lauderdale will be hosting a fundraiser in collaboration with the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders to raise funds for cancer research at Sylvester. The Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, the only National Cancer Institute in South Florida, has a mission to make a global difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.

How Are The Donations Used?

By raising funds through initiatives such as the upcoming one at our venue, Sylvester is able to develop innovative treatments and continue their pursuit of cancer research. Through this work, they strive to provide both physical and emotional support for patients and families dealing with cancer. Pushing for excellence in all aspects of cancer care from diagnosis through survivorship, they work so everyone has access to the best possible health outcomes whichever stage of life they may be in.

What Can I Look Forward To At This Event?

Attendees of the fundraiser, put on by the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders, have the opportunity to receive a complimentary cocktail when they make a donation of $20. There will also be a special happy hour promotion from 4-7 PM where participants can enjoy $5 Tito’s cocktails. While you sip and savor these specials there will be a relaxed open-air seating area with plenty of shade to cool off. 100 percent of all participant-raised funds get donated to Sylvester leaving you with the peace in mind knowing you helped advance the efforts of cancer research.

Additionally, our signature game night will take place alongside the fundraiser. Featuring popular games such as giant beer pong, ping-pong, jenga, corn-hole and more, the activities provided are certain to keep the good vibes moving. In addition to these traditional games, the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders will also provide great opportunities for photo-ops to make the event one to forever be remembered.
